Our client, a leading global supplier with more than 80 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector, is looking for an HR administrator & payroll specialist. You will join the team at the fast-growing production site specialising in sterile technologies in the north of Brussels.


As an HR Admin and Payroll Specialist, you are responsible for correctly managing and administering all personnel data in accordance with HR processes and payroll & benefits for the Brussels Neder-Over-Heembeek location. You support employees in Brussels with all payroll administration, time registration, and administrative processes. You also maintain and register personnel and payroll data in the payroll management and attendance management system (Protime Cloud). You are the first key point of contact for employees regarding administration topics. You will participate in the coordination of the onboarding of new employees, personnel files, payroll administration, individual expat permit applications, training applications, and internship administration. You manage optimisation and continuous improvement projects, and you assist with financial audits and social inspections.


You have a bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. You have good knowledge of all payroll administration and HR administration tasks. Additionally, you are focused on data accuracy and have excellent computer skills, especially Excel. You have sufficient knowledge about social legislation and can analyse and report data. You speak fluent French and English. Dutch is a plus.
