We are looking for a Senior Sales Account Manager to work within our field sales team within Honeywell HTS who covers the regions as specified.

To assist Honeywell Thermal Solutions Northern Europe in reaching its Annual Operating Plan
To keep fully acquainted with new product releases, engineering releases, test reports, available & required trainings on commercial aspects, contract negotiation, technical trainings, follow latest standards & legislation and understand company policy and sales Department Instructions.
To be professional and strive to maintain highest personal standards.

Key Areas of Responsibility:
- To support the existing HTS Customers in the defined Region via direct F2F visits with customers
- To develop experience, based on time accrued knowledge and training of the industrial Gas System market – by gaining working knowledge of our supporting Gas Products (functionality, sizing and specification), progressing to applying these components collectively to prepare supporting thermal solutions to suit a diverse range of Industrial Process applications whilst complying with supporting standards and directives on a local and Global basis.
- The role will enable you to experience and work with a huge different range of industries and applications
- Producing Quotations to our direct in-house customer enquiries, based on incremental training external/internal
- Based on HTS portfolio products -> components based enquires Kromshroeder/Maxon/Eclipse/Hauck/Honeywell
- Developing to Smaller Engineering to Order (ETO) Based Systems
- Developing to Larger ETO Systems based on increasing complexity.
- To support with Order processing parts and Systems
- Working directly with our internal supporting departments to improve our customer experience
- Global Customer Care Centre (GCC) – Order Processing
- Insider Side Sales Teams (ISS) – Customer Support and Assistance
- Working with specialist knowledge-based sales team to target best approach methodologies for our customers
- Working with our Engineering and Production teams to facilitate customer delivery expectations
- Working with our Global Finance departments to support customer account requirements
- Working co-jointly with our Channel Partner Network to provide support to lower tier customers
- General Customer Queries and technical support
- Support our Key / Strategic and High Growth Account Customer Requests
- Assistance in setting up customer sales accounts in our various SAP MRP systems
- Processing of Order Entry Forms (OEF) to internal production departments
- Assisting and working with the local colleagues and the Benelux-Nordics Sales Manager.
- The position will involve training across various sites in Europe.
- Position would be home based.

Skills / Qualifications:
- Around 5-10 years’ overall experience within a Technical Sales role, it is beneficial if you have experience from within the Industrial Heating Environment / or worked with companies that utilized thermal heating – Furnaces/Oven/Dryers/Chemical process Industry/ etc.
- Ability to Handle components sales to Larger System based offerings, dealing with different routes to market to include, OEM’s, End Users, Distributors and System Integrators
- Working Knowledges of SAP is an advantage.
- Applicable Degree/or Equivalent std in a related Engineering Subject is required – Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical disciplines
- Strategic and tactical mind set with passion of Technical Sales & networking skills
- Good Working Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Good Communication Skills (written and spoken) with customers
- Flexible and adaptable
- Drive enquires/problems to successful resolution
- Taking ownership to overcome barriers and being persistent to best serve the needs of our customers.
- Dutch mother tongue, excellent written skills and presentation skills with minimum proficiency in Dutch & English language
- Based in the Netherlands and must be able to drive to visit customers
