The Head of Transfer Pricing Europe will be responsible for developing and implementing Transfer Pricing strategies for the company or organization. The role requires ensuring all Transfer Pricing policies and practices comply with local and international laws, regulations, and best practices. The role requires extensive knowledge of income tax compliance legislation and tax accounting and will be collaborating very closely with the Head of Direct Taxes Europe.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and manage Transfer Pricing policies and protocols for the company or organization;
- Ensure that all intra-group transactions are in compliance with local and international Transfer Pricing laws and regulations;
- Analyze and evaluate Transfer Pricing risks associated with intercompany transactions and suggest appropriate mitigation measures;
- Collaborate with business teams to develop and implement effective and efficient Transfer Pricing strategies;
- Collaborate with Direct Tax team Europe, to ensure accurate external/internal tax reporting and to identify and implement tax and transfer pricing planning strategies to optimize the company’s tax liability (cash flow and P&L). Including but not limited to the 1-year (/budget) plan and 10-year plan, monthly closings and LE (latest estimates), TU (True ups), etc;
- Conduct regular Transfer Pricing reviews to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of existing Transfer Pricing policies;
- Prepare Transfer Pricing documentation and maintain Transfer Pricing records in compliance with local and international regulations;
- Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including external advisors and regulatory authorities to keep up-to-date with changes to Transfer Pricing laws and regulations;
- Support planning and implementation of Transfer Pricing aspects of cross-border transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, partnerships, and joint ventures;
- Assess and report on potential tax implications of Transfer Pricing decisions;
- Coordinate training on Transfer Pricing for relevant stakeholders within the organization;
- Develop and implement Transfer Pricing and direct tax transformation strategies to optimize the Transfer Pricing function within the organization;
- Analyze Transfer Pricing and direct tax processes and identify areas for improvement, including automation and streamlining of Transfer Pricing procedures.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
- Master’s degree in Tax, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Law, or a related field;
- Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CFA, or an equivalent certification is a plus;
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in Transfer Pricing, tax, or related fields, preferably in multinational environment;
- Strong knowledge of Transfer Pricing concepts and regulations, international tax law and accounting;
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software (for instance SAP).
