WHAT YOU WILL DO:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Finance to join our dynamic and fast-growing team. This is a critical role that will be responsible for driving the financial growth of the company in Belgium and across our international markets.

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s growth and expansion plans;


• Oversee the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the organization to support decision making;


• Establish and maintain strong financial controls and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards to optimize performance and mitigate risks;


• Lead the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analyses to provide insights to the executive team;


• Manage relationships with external partners, including banks and auditors;


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance and identify new growth opportunities;


• Continuously evaluate and improve financial processes, systems, and tools to support the company’s rapid growth.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Who we look for

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field;


• A minimum of 8 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably within the technology and professional services industry;


• Proven track record of managing financial and business operations and driving growth in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;


• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills;


• Knowledge of Belgian financial regulations and laws;


• Proficiency in English, Dutch, and/or French is an advantage;


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams;


• Experience with ESOP, and working in a scale-up environment is a plus.
