MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement effective strategies and procedures for contamination control;
- Ensure compliance of products and processes with applicable regulatory requirements and company quality standards;
- Identify, track, and mitigate contamination and microbiological risks;
- Oversee production activities related to aseptic practices and contamination control;
- Monitor performance metrics and establish key performance indicators for contamination control activities;
- Lead and manage the contamination control team;
- Collaborate with Digital and Quality functions to implement innovative solutions;
- Represent the company in interactions with external regulatory bodies.
ABOUT YOU:
- Advanced degree in Microbiology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field;
- Extensive experience in microbiology in pharmaceutical manufacturing;
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements related to microbial control in manufacturing;
- Proven leadership and team management experience;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
