SUMMARY:

argenx is seeking a Global Reward Manager who will report to the Head of Reward & Recognition. This role plays a critical part in assisting organizations in attracting, retaining, and motivating employees through meticulously crafted compensation and benefits programs. It necessitates a profound comprehension of HR principles, adeptness in data analysis, awareness of market trends, and compliance with regulations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct comprehensive job evaluations by analyzing job descriptions, responsibilities, and qualifications to determine suitable salary ranges and compensation benchmarks;

  • Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and Legal teams to design and implement compensation and benefits programs;

  • Stay updated on compensation trends by researching and analyzing market data and industry surveys, ensuring our programs remain competitive;

  • Develop and uphold the organization's salary structure, ensuring fairness and consistency across job levels or grades;

  • Assist in crafting attractive job offers for new hires up to the Director level, considering competitive compensation and benefits packages;

  • Analyze compensation data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for enhancing compensation programs;

  • Work alongside performance management teams to align compensation adjustments with employee performance and contributions;

  • Address employee inquiries and concerns regarding compensation and benefits, providing clear and accurate information;

  • Take part in administering annual performance reviews and compensation adjustment processes;

  • Maintain accurate and current compensation data in HRIS and other pertinent systems;

  • Offer input and recommendations for continuously improving compensation and benefits programs based on data analysis and market research;

  • Aid in designing, communicating, and administering employee benefits programs as necessary;

  • Provide support for HR projects and initiatives related to compensation and total rewards.


PROFILE:

  • Holds a Master’s degree in Business Economics;

  • Brings over 3 years of relevant experience, with a background that includes consulting roles in renowned firms such as the "Big 4" or equivalent;

  • Demonstrates adeptness in handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism;

  • Values teamwork, exhibiting a collaborative and proactive approach towards tasks;

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, displaying accountability and efficiency;

  • Possesses a solution-oriented mindset, embracing challenges with a "can-do" attitude;

  • Proficient in advanced numerical analysis and Excel usage;

  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous;

  • Driven by both results and quality standards;

  • Embraces cultural alignment within the workplace;

  • For this position, we prefer a freelancer or consultant;

  • Both onsite work (Ghent, Belgium) combined with remote work arrangements are feasible for this role.
