We are looking for a Global HR Digital Process Lead who is Innovative, Technology savvy and collaborative to join our Human Resources team, based at our HQ, in Brussels, Belgium.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our global HR tools and processes are efficient, user-friendly, and aligned with business needs. You will oversee HR technology solutions, provide operational support and training, and drive process improvements to enhance the employee experience. Collaborating with internal stakeholders, you will play a key role in managing transformational projects and optimizing HR tools to support business objectives.

You will work closely with global and local HR teams, Digital Technology (DT), and business partners. Your role will involve collaborating with process owners to ensure consistency across regions, supporting HR teams with technology solutions, and liaising with DT to enhance system functionality. You will also play a crucial role in driving adoption and guiding teams on HR tools and processes.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Oversee global HR processes and tools, ensuring they align with business needs and deliver an excellent employee experience;
- Partner with local Process Owners and DT teams to drive process harmonization and implement system improvements;
- Lead HR technology projects using agile methodologies, ensuring seamless implementation and adoption;
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support on HR technology tools and best practices;
- Maintain high data quality standards, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and optimizing data management processes;
- Develop a sustainable adoption approach ensuring the needed consumption of our solutions.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A Master’s degree in a relevant field;
- At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, including 2-3 years in operational HR roles;
- Strong expertise in HR enterprise software (SuccessFactors) and HR case management tools;
- Proven ability to manage projects, drive process improvements, and implement HR technology solutions;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across different levels of the organization;
- A results-driven mindset, with a focus on problem-solving, continuous improvement, and service excellence.
