To reinforce our Commercial team we are looking for a Generative AI Marketing Specialist.


As Generative AI Marketing Specialist you lead the introduction and implementation of various generative AI tools and integration of compelling AI-generated content into marketing campaigns in order to drive customer engagement, conversion and brand awareness and ultimately enhance our competitive edge in the marketplace.


  • Identification and evaluation of AI tools;

  • Research, evaluate and test various generative AI tools and platforms to identify the most suitable solutions for our marketing needs;

  • Collaborate with vendors, conduct pilot projects, and assess the performance scalability and compatibility of different AI technologies;

  • Provide recommendations to senior management based on thorough analysis and experimentation, ensuring optimal investment in AI resources for long-term success;

  • Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI technology and marketing trends, continuously exploring new opportunities to enhance our marketing efforts through AI-driven solutions;

  • Targeted content generation;

  • Use generative AI tools to produce compelling and diverse content across various channels, including social media, e-commerce platforms, blogs, email marketing, website, and advertising campaigns;

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create dynamic and personalized marketing materials that resonate with the target audience;

  • Leverage AI-driven insights to segment and target audiences effectively, delivering tailored messages and offers to different customer segments;

  • Performance analysis;

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of AI-generated content, using data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI;

  • Collaboration and training;

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of AI-generated content and alignment with brand guidelines;

  • Provide comprehensive training and support on the effective use of generative AI tools and platforms. Develop training materials, conduct workshops, and offer ongoing guidance to empower team colleagues to leverage AI technology confidently in their daily tasks.


  • Bachelor degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science or a related field;

  • An advanced degree or certification in AI or data science is a plus;

  • Proven experience of 1-3 years in marketing and digital content creation, with strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies, with a focus on AI-driven strategies and tools;

  • Proficient in using generative AI tools and platforms, to generate high-quality content at scale;

  • Proficient with data analytics and metrics-driven marketing, with the ability to interpret and apply insights to optimize campaign performance;

  • Familiar with machine learning concepts and algorithms;

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders;

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for innovation and driving positive change through technology;

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving business needs;

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment;

  • Fluent in English, other languages are a plus.
