JOB DESCRIPTION:
You will be in charge of the following works:
Preparation and Testing
- Fuel cell module installation/ removal:
- Collect/ Return Fuel cell module from Manufacturing line;
- Module installation in test facility (fuel cell bench);
- Connect low and high Voltage wireharness;
- Connect and fill-up cooling system.
- Fuel cell module setup instrumentation:
- Prepare and install different type of sensors on the setup e.g.: Thermocouples / Pressure sensors /Accelerometers / Strain gauges/… (TIG/MIG welding, machining).
- Perform QA test:
- Perform End Of Line Quality confirmation test;
- Operate CANOE and ETAS measurement equipment.
- Reporting results to responsible person.
Shift work: Daytime.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Mechanical degree (academic);
- Experience in workshop in the automotive industry is valuable;
- Experience in basic vehicle maintenance (wheels, brake, battery & fluids) is valuable;
- Work independently;
- Organized;
- Proactive and resolutive;
- Team oriented;
- MS-Office basic level
Languages
- Minimum B2 English level;
- Added value if other language.
