WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

• You develop a technical and architectural vision based on our business goals (fit for purpose);


• You establish your approach on functional and non-functional requirements, taking into account the desired business capabilities, the functional added value, time to market and cost management;


• You describe the solution architecture with the most important components and their interfaces;


• You collaborate with the technical teams in our agile release train. Together, you weigh alternatives in view of each other’s needs, working out a solution. You bring everyone on the same wavelength when it comes to technical direction;


• You work together with analysts from various teams for the pre-studies. You act as a motivator, coach and facilitator;


• You actively participate in the PI planning, fine-tuning phases, demonstrations and Inspect & Adapt sessions.

YOUR KEY STRENGTHS:

• You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree. Thanks to that and your earlier experience as a system architect, your technical knowledge is strong and reliable;


• You have proven analysis to be one of your strengths, along with your ability to develop solutions to challenges. You’re happy exploring new paths and making discoveries;


• You communicate clearly and convincingly. No wonder you collaborate so smoothly with others and achieve goals as a team.
