THE OPPORTUNITY:
For the Experience Center in Diegem, we are currently looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Experience Center Specialist to join our Marketing & Communications team. This role is pivotal in creating an immersive experience for our customers, partners, ILIAS-users and new colleagues. Furthermore maintaining the Experience Center, develop and create scenarios and update the Xperify software tooling is an interesting part of this role. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional solutions and fostering a welcoming environment.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional solutions and fostering a welcoming environment.
YOUR MISSION:
- Partner Collaboration: Work closely with (internal and external) partners to showcase our offerings and facilitate collaborative opportunities;
- Customer Engagement: Provide an immersive and engaging experience for all visitors of the Experience Center;
- Hosting Activities: Organize and host activities tailored to specific target groups, creating scenarios that resonate with the interests and needs of these target groups;
- Support Activities: Support and assist users in navigating the Experience Center with different stakeholders;
- Onboarding New Colleagues: Support the onboarding process for new employees, helping them acclimate to the company culture and resources;
- Feedback Collection: Gather and analyze feedback from visitors to continuously improve the Experience Center's offerings.
YOUR CAPABILITIES:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Creative Thinking: Ability to think outside the box and develop innovative solutions and activities;
- Ability to create a welcoming and engaging environment;
- Experience in customer service, event planning or a related field;
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset;
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams;
- Degree in communication/marketing.
