Designed to bridge the gap between green electrons and molecules, Rely end-to-end solutions contribute to the decarbonization of hard-to-abate industries, transportation and off-takers. They include pre-FID (Final Investment Decision) services (which comprise technical and financial advisory services), proprietary products, project execution capabilities and operation and maintenance services during the life of the assets of Rely’s customers.

Rely combines a commitment to a standardized approach with the ability to develop a unique portfolio of solutions for projects of 100MW and above capacity, and is leveraging its technology and engineering expertise to drastically reduce the levelized cost of hydrogen (LCOH).

As innovation will be instrumental in reducing cost barriers and enabling the rapid growth of green hydrogen and power-to-X markets, Rely has set up a unique research and development platform which aims to deliver technology enhancements, new technologies and products, thereby securing improved project economics for green hydrogen and power-to-X markets.


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented assistant to provide administrative support to our executive team and also ensure facilitation of good administrative support for the Rely Team. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the CEO and COO, including scheduling appointments, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing reports and presentations.


  • Manage the executive's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements;

  • Organizes Boards and main company events logistics;

  • Prepare and process expense reports and invoices;

  • Act as a liaison between the executive and other departments, as well as external partners and clients to route or answers routine correspondence not requiring supervisor’s attention;

  • May train and manage a small group of less senior employees and oversees the quality of their work;

  • Assist with special projects and events as needed;

  • Assists in the formulation of the budget, business planning, and related planning functions;

  • Maintain and update files and records (for instance DistList), both electronic and paper-based;

  • May proceed logistics/ travel arrangements and solve related issues, providing assistance and guidance to employees;

  • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, reports, and presentations;

  • Prepares and analyzes trends and reports, drawing data from a variety of sources within and outside the department.


  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion;

  • Fluency in English, French. Dutch a strong asset;

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

  • Strong organizational skills: autonomy, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, continuous improvement;

  • Strong attention to detail;

  • Local knowledge: professional experience and administrative knowledge;

  • Fast learner with digital tools;

  • Experience with travel arrangements and expense reporting.
