To reinforce our Sustainability team we are looking for a ESG Reporting Specialist.
MISSION AND KEY TASK:
- The ESG Reporting Specialist is responsible for overseeing and driving the organization’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reporting efforts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and manage a timeline for the CSRD report and other ESG disclosures;
- Collect, validate, and analyse data from various sources to support ESG reporting;
- Develop and refine templates, databases, and automated tools;
- Manage and respond to ESG questionnaires and requests from investors;
- Monitor ESG risk factors ad prepare periodic ESG risk assessment reports;
- Close collaboration with the ESG controller and various departments;
- Conduct regular reviews/audits of ESG data.
BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Enviromental Science, Business, Finance or a related field. Master's degree is a plus;
- Minimum of 5 years experience in ESG reporting, sustainability, corporate responsibility, or a similar role;
- Deep understanding of ESG reporting frameworks and standards (CSRD, GRI, TCFD, SASB);
- Experience with ESG risk assessment methodologies and investor questionnaires (e.g. MSCI, Sustainalytics, CDP);
- Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus;
- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams;
- Strong project and time management skills.
