The vibrant Ageas Corporate Centre in Brussels is home to a variety of Group level functions including, amongst others, Risk, Finance, Legal & Compliance, Investor Relations, Human Resources, Strategy, Business Development and Corporate Communications. It sets out the long term strategy for Ageas and coordinates numerous initiatives across the Group to help realise the strategic ambitions. The Corporate Centre also facilitates knowledge and skills sharing amongst its local operating entities and JV’s, creating strong connections and leveraging on local strengths. It represents the Ageas Group towards external parties, managing relations with analysts, retail and institutional investors, regulators, rating agencies and the media.

YOUR FUNCTION:
Your goal
- Foster a sense of belonging with Group HR communications and events that reinforce the group identity;
- Develop, manage, and implement an employer branding strategy to position Ageas as an employer of choice.
Your responsibilities
- Communicate & report on Group HR related initiatives and performance linked to the ‘Great Place to Grow’ strategy:
- Track and deliver comprehensive progress reports on Group HR KPI’s;
- Collect stories and data insights for reporting purposes (Annual Report, Employee Workers Council, …);
- Align with HR colleagues on the Group HR related calendar and initiatives (Ageas Academy, Talent management, DEI, Group Reward, People Analytics,…);
- Create internal communication & campaigns differentiated toward to different target audiences (Ageas Group, Top 300, Top 800, …).
- Act as internal project/event manager for group identity related events such as the Ageas Challenge(s):
- Act as a point of contact with the event organizer on the internal coordination of the event(s): communication, registrations, event logistics, event hosting, budget management;
- Act as the primary point of contact for colleagues;
- Provide support in event preparations and setup when required.
- Develop a multi-year employer branding strategy for the Corporate Centre while connecting with the Ageas Group:
- Develop the brand identity and ensure global consistency in terms of employer brand messages, incl verbal and visual guidelines;
- Structure and streamline our story through relevant and repetitive themes;
- Identify the communication channels and supporting initiatives to bring this to life;
- Increase group-wide awareness, engagement, cohesion and consistent employer branding.
- Ensure in close collaboration with the Group Communication team an engaging employer marketing approach and effective representation for commonly used assets both internally (intranet, newsletters, events, …) and externally (company website, social media, job fairs, professional networks…):
- Align with HR and internal clients on recruitment needs and profiles;
- Create targeted marketing content and campaigns to reach talent pools;
- Include employer branding approach in social media strategy and increase online presence;
- Ensure consistency between external campaigns and internal onboarding;
- Set-up & coordinate internal events in support of employee engagement;
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of employer branding campaigns and initiatives.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Master or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, HR, or a related field;
- Proven experience in employer branding, digital marketing, or recruitment;
- Strong understanding of branding principles and employer value proposition;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills towards internal and external stakeholders;
- Creative thinker with strong analytical abilities;
- Cultural awareness and ability to work with people with different backgrounds;
- Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously in a dynamic team with a "can do" attitude;
- Fluency in English is a must.
