ABOUT THE ROLE:
Loop is on the mission to empower people to live life to the fullest, by giving them control over how they hear life. Our current portfolio has a passive focus, but behind the scenes we’re developing innovative earwear and exploring active technologies to give people even more control over how they hear life. Because what we hear – or don’t hear – defines our experiences in life. We’re investing big in R&D and to work on those innovative projects, we’re looking for our first Embedded Hardware Engineer to join our Advanced Engineering team. At Loop, we are passionate about revolutionizing the way people experience sound, and we are looking for engineers who share our enthusiasm for innovation and excellence.
As an Electrical Engineer at Loop, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and optimisation of embedded hardware systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams (including software, system and mechanical engineers, UX and product designers) to create miniature and robust hardware solutions. You're a detail-oriented engineer with a passion for pushing the limits of technology and a strong background in embedded hardware developments. You’ll work closely with our Embedded Engineers and report directly to Tom, our Lead Advanced Engineering.
