JOB DESCRIPTION:
As E-KAM Belgium you will be part of the Mass Trade team, a highly dynamic and strong performing team with huge growth ambition. You will report to the Head of Mass Trade, who reports to the Commercial Director of the division. Together with the full e-commerce team you will be dedicated to accelerating our online business by building and leveraging strong internal and external collaborations.
As an E-Com Key Account Manager (E-KAM) at L’Oréal, you'll invest in the relationship with our e-retailers and be responsible for the long-term strategy to increase the presence, visibility, and results of our appealing brands. The position is both strategic and hands-on: together with your counterparts at the retailer's headquarters, you'll make a difference in assortment selection, promotion and event strategy, and look for ways to achieve growth together. All of this contributes to our brands holding a top position on the platform. At the same time, you'll ensure that agreements made with retailers are adhered to, oversee the logistics process, and bear final responsibility for contracts and the internal customer P&L. In short, the ideal combination of strategy and practice.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Under the leadership of the Head of Mass Trade, you'll collaborate on a joint business plan;
- Build accurate forecasts and achieve results: turnover, market share, and profit;
- Lead account negotiations. Develop an action plan to implement your strategy. Ensure execution and constantly monitor developments and sell-out. Adjust your plan when necessary;
- Act as the expert on your account and ensure a retailer-centric account planning process, creating as much alignment as possible between your own business plan and that of your retailer;
- Work closely with other departments within the division to ensure that L’Oréal (from the various stakeholders) communicates a clear and consistent message to the customer.

Must-haves
- At least 5+ years of work experience, including:
- A minimum of 2 years in e-commerce;
- Concrete experience with leading big negotiations.
- Given the complexity of the role, a completed Master's degree is required;
- Excellent command of English and preferably French;
- You understand the E-commerce landscape and are able to set up critical digital KPI’s for sustainable growth projects;
- You are able to use data to develop & innovate and E-commerce strategy; to use data to measure, anticipate, reinforce business case and plan change;
- You guard brand and product DNA and nourish the websites with content / services to build the proper cosmetic environment. You optimize our assets.
