We are looking for an experienced CRM & Marketing Automation Manager to join our team and drive strategic initiatives for the Reynaers Group. In this role, you will take the lead in defining, implementing, and managing CRM and marketing automation strategies that optimize the customer journey and deliver measurable business results.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive CRM and marketing automation strategies aimed at enhancing the customer experience across every stage of the journey;
- Project Leadership: Oversee the implementation of CRM and marketing automation projects, ensuring they align with business objectives and deliver impactful results;
- Salesforce Platform Management: Take ownership of Salesforce platforms, continuously enhancing them to meet evolving business needs and foster deeper customer relationships;
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to define project goals, establish clear timelines, and ensure successful delivery of initiatives;
- Business & Technology Integration: Balance strategic business objectives with technical solutions by leveraging a deep understanding of both business processes and technological capabilities;
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, manage, and develop a team of CRM and marketing automation experts, encouraging cross-functional collaboration and fostering innovation within the team.
YOUR PROFILE:
- You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field and bring a minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM and marketing automation digital marketing, with a strong focus on Salesforce platform management;
- You have a proven hands-on experience in managing Salesforce platforms, including their continuous development and enhancement;
- You have strong project management abilities, with a track record of leading successful CRM and marketing automation projects;
- You have experience in collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders, with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable project goals;
- You have a strong understanding of business processes paired with a technical mindset to effectively implement CRM strategies;
- You have the ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, fostering collaboration and innovation;
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and are able to collaborate effectively across teams and convey ideas clearly.
