YOUR NEW COMPANY:

Our client is an international company in Diegem and is looking for reinforcement for their international customer service team through Hays. You will be working in a dynamic team with motivated colleagues in a growing and profitable company. You will work in the healthcare department that's active for all clients in EMEA for orthodontical products.

YOUR NEW ROLE: 

As an international credit collection you’ll combine complaint handing with credit collection. You are responsible for managing customer relationships proactively and being the single point of contact of all enquiries via telephone and other correspondence. You take ownership and respond to all customers enquiries and complaints utilizing Salesforce to manage all communications. This can be customer issues related to billing, collections, disputes, returns. To solve this you have a lots of internal contacts with finance, customer service and sales. You’ll also be responsible for the credit collection.

YOUR PROFILE:

For this job as international credit collection Hays is looking for a candidate

• Fluent in spoken and written communication in Polish and English. Besides this you"re also fluent in Dutch or French;


• Furthermore, you have a first working experience as customer service representative or credit collection in an international environment;


• Graduates with a Bachelor degree are also welcome;


• You have good communication skills and you can manage multiple priorities successfully;


• Besides a good knowledge of Excel you preferably also have experience with SAP and Salesforce.
