Our client, a prestigious European Institution, is looking for a Content Management Consultant who will support the service team in managing and optimising collaborative platforms, providing technical guidance, and user support, and ensuring alignment with business requirements for enhanced efficiency and coherence.


  • Creation and management of wiki, collaborative sites and content management systems in general;

  • Guidance and support users in the usage of wikis, collaborative sites and CMS;

  • Guidance and support users in the usage of relevant tools;

  • Technical analysis of the business requirements in view of providing an adequate solution within the platforms available;

  • Ensure coherence of the logical and physical structure of the collaboration spaces (confluence, SharePoint, CMS, M365/Teams, or within other custom Information systems);

  • Frequent review of existing platform usage, correcting misalignments, while coordinating with the space users;

  • Writing administration and usage procedure manuals;

  • Communication to end users on new releases, unavailability of systems, etc;

  • Participate and follow in corporate meetings and advances on the strategy and usage of these tools within the corporate environment;

  • Participate in technical working groups, progress meetings and meetings with the users.


  • Bachelor's degree;

  • Excellent communication skills: excellent writing skills and proven experience in creating and providing presentations in English and French;

  • Experience in drafting, editing and reviewing web content and user documentation related to information systems;

  • Excellent knowledge of wiki, collaborative sites and social networks;

  • Knowledge of IT communications and notifications tools;

  • Knowledge of Jira and Confluence;

  • Proven conceptual understanding of content structuring, storage, access and presentation elements;

  • Experience in change management related to the introduction of new information systems to end users;

  • Proficient with Excel, Word, Internet browsers, project management tools and asset/content management systems;

  • Proven knowledge of end-user assistance or support of information systems;

  • Knowledge of business process analysis;

  • Good IT skills;

  • Good reporting methods;

  • Ability to apply high-quality standards;

  • Knowledge of project lifecycle management and public procurement procedure.
