Full Circle is a unique Brussels club bringing the best of innovative, inspiring and challenging ideas, thinkers and doers, to meet key figures in Brussels based (Belgian and international) decision making.

We invite speakers from around the world to come and present their ideas to different audiences throughout year. We curate over 100 events a year.

All our activities are custom designed to achieve the most interesting and productive outcomes. Our members are the most dynamic, forward thinking and progressive minded tier of the international and local community.

We also host concerts, plays, art exhibitions, film screenings and events for other organisations - in short we have a lot to talk about!


We are looking for an inventive social media enthusiast to join our team to support our communications activities and events. You will:

  • Coordinate digital campaigns for each event (newsletters, social medi, relay platforms);

  • Coordinate digital content production and planning (content research, editorial calendar, scheduling, posting);

  • Coordinate the brand and membership campaigns (printing and distribution planning, newsletters, social media);

  • Produce analytics reports for each campaign;

  • Produce and update digital and print materials (digital visuals, flyers, posters, season programmes, brochures…);

  • Manage our different platforms (website, member platform, event registration platform…).


In general we are looking for people with ideas, enthusiasm and an entrepreneurial spirit, as well as the following skills!

  • Skills and interest in digital marketing and communication;

  • Interest in challenging assignments and capacity to handle several projects at a time;

  • Good command of English and a good knowledge of French or Dutch;

  • Familiar with the Adobe software (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and/or Canva;

  • Familiar (or willing to learn) Wild Apricot CMS;

  • Skills in video editing are appreciated though not compulsory;

  • Well organised, detail-oriented and database savvy;

  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.

  • Internships are paid according to pay scales in the Brussels Region. We also provide public tranport. Applicants must have the right to work in Belgium;

  • Internships are for between 6 and 12 months duration.
