  • Optimize Partner Relationships: Cultivate strong ties, serve as the primary contact, and identify upselling opportunities for enhanced channel engagement;

  • Execute Sales Strategies: Develop and implement targeted strategies to surpass channel sales targets;

  • Collaborate for Partner Success: Work seamlessly with internal teams to ensure effective program execution;

  • Tailored Channel Plans: Create customized plans aligned with each partner's unique goals;

  • Timely Updates and Communication: Provide partners with prompt updates on products, features, and industry trends, facilitating clear communication;

  • Issue Resolution Expertise: Address and resolve partner issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels;

  • Stay Informed on Trends: Keep abreast of channel and cybersecurity trends for informed decision-making;

  • Negotiate and Renew Agreements: Skilfully negotiate and renew channel agreements, fostering lasting partnerships.


  • Minimum of 3 years in successful sales roles within an ICT company;

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field;

  • Proven track record in cultivating robust channel partner relationships and achieving sales targets;

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with sensitivity to partner needs;

  • Proficient presentation skills for engaging various audiences;

  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies;

  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment;

  • Willingness to travel, including attendance at events supporting channel and partner engagements.
