A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER JOURNEY EXPERT:

  • Query, manipulate and analyse data to create various data listings that will be used for data cleaning and data quality improvement;

  • Map, monitor, improve and test processes and journeys related to the management of business customers’ data;

  • Work closely together with colleagues within Customer Data, Know Your Customer (KYC), and Technology departments.

  • Strong background in data querying, manipulation and analysis, including tools such as SAS and Excel;

  • Experience with business analysis, requirements definition, customer journey mapping, and user acceptance testing;

  • Affinity with customer onboarding, customer data and KYC;

  • IT savviness and ability to interact with IT architects, feature engineers and developers;

  • University degree.

THE TEAM:

You will be part of the Customer Data area within the Digital Business Banking department. We provide our retail and business customers with digital and user-friendly processes to manage their data, while complying with relevant regulatory requirements, such as GDPR and KYC. We ensure that these data are well managed, up to date, and protected.

Within this area, you will be in the centre of the Bank, serving both the internal and external worlds. As Customer Journey Expert, you will shape the digital evolution of customer data processes and applications. In everything you do, you will always keep the customer at heart.

In the area, you will be part of the team managing the data of business banking customers. You will work on the project to keep the data of legal representatives of companies up-to-date in our customer database. This job combines both data analytics and process design and improvement. Additionally, you will elaborate or improve customer journeys for the management of business banking customers’ data.
