We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team based in our Louvain-la-Neuve HQ. As a member of the steering committee, the CFO will work in close collaboration with the CEO and Executive Committee to support and adapt the company’s strategic plans while ensuring robust financial performance.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define and execute the long-term finance strategy in partnership with the CEO and Executive Committee, aligned with evolving business goals;
- Lead and develop the Finance organization (Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Revenue Operations);
- Serve as a strategic advisor on investments, growth opportunities, and deliver actionable financial insights to support key decisions;
- Establish and monitor KPIs aligned with growth and expansion targets, driving improvements in margins, cost control, cash flow, and operational efficiency;
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, investment planning, risk management, and revenue optimization in partnership with Revenue Operations, ensuring alignment with financial goals and risk tolerance;
- Oversee CRM tool and process (Salesforce) with the Revenue Operations team (RevOps) to optimize revenue streams and improve forecasting accuracy and customer profitability calculations;
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams across Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and Revenue Operations. Identify talent needs and foster continuous development;
- Lead finance and business transformation initiatives to enhance performance, efficiency, and compliance across all finance and accounting processes.
YOUR PROFILE:
You bring strong financial acumen, a strategic mindset, and a collaborative leadership style. We welcome candidates who may not yet hold a CFO role but have demonstrated leadership and impact in FP&A and controlling roles, particularly in the tech and IT sector.
Specifically, you have:
- You hold a Master’s degree in finance, financial management, economics or related field;
- Expertise in controlling, accounting, reporting, and financial operations;
- Proven ability to influence executive teams and drive business performance;
- Experience identifying growth and operational efficiency opportunities;
- Background in the tech, software, or IT industry;
- Strong team leadership and mentoring skills;
- A proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset;
- You have excellent oral and written communication skills in English; French is a plus.
