YOUR ROLE:
In this exciting position, you will be responsible for administrating data marts, Datawarehouse, data load (ETL), interactive dashboards, and direct reports for our customers and other stakeholders. You support the customers and stakeholders with in-depth analyses, new solutions, change requests, problem-solving, and incident resolution. You will continuously analyze the statistics and parameters and advise stakeholders based on insight, trends, and emerging technology.

In this exciting position, you will be responsible for administrating data marts, Datawarehouse, data load (ETL), interactive dashboards, and direct reports for our customers and other stakeholders. You support the customers and stakeholders with in-depth analyses, new solutions, change requests, problem-solving, and incident resolution. You will continuously analyze the statistics and parameters and advise stakeholders based on insight, trends, and emerging technology.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- In close collaboration with Customer service, operational, and stakeholders, you ensure that the data/information used reflects the business requirements;
- You facilitate the design of the ETL, Data-warehouses, data marts, interactive dashboards, and reports in terms of stakeholder requirements including performance metrics;
- You provide training on the correct use and interpretation of the created data marts and dashboards, both internally and externally.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:
- You have a bachelor's degree in Data Science or Business administration;
- At least 4 years of experience in the field of Business Intelligence analytics;
- Knowledge of ETL tools and monitoring ( Pentaho, Glue, SSIS,...);
- Knowledge of databases on BI analyst level (Snowflake, MS-SQL, S3, Oracle);
- Knowledge of MS Office products (in particular Excel) and a proven affinity with IT systems and infrastructure;
- Knowledge of user-level dashboard visualization software (e.g., Business Objects, Tableau, Qlik, etc.);
- Knowledge of API (Json, postmaster) or UML is a plus;
- Ability to multitask and deal with various internal/external stakeholders at all levels;
- Strong analytical and (self-)management skills with an ability to deliver results within the agreed deadlines;
- Fluent in English (spoken and written). Dutch and other additional language skills are an advantage.
