At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Business Analyst to join our UniQue team.
YOUR ROLE:
- Responsible for analyzing and documenting business requirements;
- Conducting business model and business process analyses to support project objectives;
- Involved in modeling business processes to visualize and optimize workflows;
- Analyzing functional requirements and developing business cases to support decision-making;
- Performing risk analysis to identify and mitigate potential issues;
- Assisting in the preparation of key project documentation, including Business Cases, Vision Documents, Project Charters, and Security Plans.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Master's degree in IT field with minimum 5 years of relevant experience (or Bachelor's degree with minimum 9 years of relevant experience);
- Previous experience with BPMN or UML or other with equivalent value;
- Strong experience with analysis/modelling tools and techniques (use case diagram, state diagram, entity relationship model, interaction diagrams etc.);
- Proven experience with large organisation administrative business processes;
- Experience in business requirements analysis and modelling and its implementation in business workflow applications;
- Experience with Wiki and collaborative sites;
- Familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g. RUP, Agile, Prince2, PM2).
