At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Business Analyst to join our UniQue team.
YOUR ROLE:
- Analyze and document business requirements;
- Perform business model and process analysis;
- Model business processes using industry-standard techniques;
- Analyze functional requirements and business cases;
- Conduct risk assessments;
- Support the creation of business cases, vision documents, project charters, and security plans.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor Degree with minimum 13 years of general IT experience (or Master Degree with minimum 9 years of experience);
- Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience with BPMN and UML;
- At least 5 years of experience with SQL and conceptual data model design;
- At least 5 years of experience designing mockups and wireframes using tools such as Balsamiq;
- At least 5 years of experience in requirements elicitation;
- At least 2 years of experience working with Jira;
- Good knowledge of analysis and modelling techniques (e.g., use case diagrams, state diagrams, entity relationship models, interaction diagrams);
- Good knowledge of wiki platforms and collaborative tools;
- Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., RUP, Agile);
- Strong ability to prepare and draft business analysis documentation;
- Good knowledge of large organization administrative business processes;
- Good knowledge of information systems matters;
- BABOK certification is considered an advantage;
- Proficiency in English at a minimum C1 level.
