The Finance Business Partnering department is part of the Terumo Europe Finance organization. This team has a strategic role supporting senior business managers by bringing financial advice to support decision making and ensure sustainable and profitable growth. The Financial Business Partnering team coordinates with other Terumo Europe finance departments to ensure efficiencies as primary finance contact person in the area of responsibility.

As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a strategic role in supporting the Terumo Interventional Systems (TIS) Business Unit by delivering financial insights that drive sustainable and profitable growth. Your key responsibilities include:
- Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning (LRP) activities. Provide clear financial analysis and recommendations to stakeholders;
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze P&L, monitor expenses, and explain variances to support data-driven decisions;
- Project Support: Contribute financial expertise to business cases, new initiatives, and tool development;
- Process Improvement: Enhance financial processes and tools to increase efficiency, transparency, and data reliability;
- Collaboration: Act as a trusted partner to BU leaders and cross-functional teams, fostering strong relationships and shared accountability.
PROFILE DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a proactive and analytical team player who brings:
- A university degree in Applied Economics, Finance, or equivalent experience;
- At least 5 years of experience in Controlling or Finance within an international environment;
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a focus on continuous improvement;
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus;
- Proficiency in financial systems and tools (e.g., S4 Hana, SAC, Power BI, MS Office).
- A collaborative mindset, openness to change, and a drive to challenge the status quo.
