• Manage and support ASIC technology development projects;


• Develop concepts for new designs;


• Plan, conduct & support risk management;


• Build a diverse and inclusive team through key people processes to achieve strong people performance;


• Manage all aspects of interaction and engagement with internal key players & external partners.

• Master in Electronic Engineering or equivalent by experience;


• Proven experience in Project Management;


• 3+ years of relevant people management experience;


• Experience in Digital IC development;


• Experience in coaching and leading a team;


• Excellent oral and written communication skills;


• Excellent team player and team builder;


• Fluent in English.
