Are you an experienced Art Director with a passion for making a difference? ICF Next is seeking a talented Art Director with at least 5 years of experience at a leading communication or advertising agency to join our team in the heart of Europe.

THE ROLE:

In collaboration with a copywriter, you will be responsible for developing compelling ideas, overarching campaign concepts, and their visual representations. You will create innovative solutions on topics that resonate deeply with citizens and shape the future of public discourse. These topics may include critical issues such as promoting uninterrupted education during emergencies, advocating for social rights, championing freedom of speech, supporting the right to free movement within the EU, defending victims' rights, and highlighting the importance of international humanitarian law, among others. Additionally, your role will be central to various departments within ICF Next. Your creative vision will inspire teams across content research, outreach, social media, experience design, graphic design, and events.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a top-tier advertising agency, communication consultancy, or a similar environment;

  • Proven track record in conceptualizing and executing medium to large-scale integrated campaigns;

  • Strong emphasis on both online and offline experiences.


Expertise

  • Strong interest in or proven experience with projects related to current affairs, social impact, government, and EU communication.


Skills

  • Proficiency in the latest trends and a digital-first mindset;

  • Solid background in audio-visual concepts, activations, experiential design, events, and PR;

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (other EU languages are a plus).
