As an Application Manager, you will optimize the use of the Automotive Lease systems used in the lease offices. You'll serve as a vital link between our software vendors and the company’s staff. Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in projects, providing support and being a critical voice in making the right moves for the company.

YOUR NEW ROLE:
As an Application Manager, you will optimize the use of the Automotive Lease systems used in the lease offices. You'll serve as a vital link between our software vendors and the company’s staff. Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in projects, providing support and being a critical voice in making the right moves for the company.
Some of your responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the correct and consistent use of Lease software systems (Carwise) from a holistic perspective;
- Developing and expanding reporting capabilities for the company via SQL queries;
- Serving as an intermediary between our own IT helpdesk, the Lease software vendor's helpdesk, and the users;
- Expanding and supporting new and existing integrations/interfaces;
- Analysing user needs and proactively participating in improvement projects;
- Playing a pivotal role in new projects, not only by supporting but also by critically evaluating proposed implementations.
YOUR PROFILE:
You fit the following profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in management roles;
- Technical background or several years of relevant experience in the sector;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Hands-on and excellent communication skills;
- Highly ICT-minded;
- You continuously strive for improvement and efficiency;
- Experience with SQL and BI systems is a definite plus;
- Excellent level of Dutch and English.
