WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • We are currently looking for an Administrative Support Specialist to handle administrative tasks for our company as well as for the client associations we manage.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Administrative support for filing invoices in Excel and other software;

  • Preparation and invoicing;

  • Verification and filing of expense reports (travel-related);

  • Monitoring payments made by credit cards (collection of invoices/receipts);

  • Filing letters for clients;

  • General administrative support tasks within a company.


PROFILE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in administrative management or relevant experience in administrative support;

  • Proficiency in French and very good knowledge of English;

  • Proficiency with IT tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.);

  • Organizational flexibility and proactivity;

  • Ability to manage files autonomously and independently;

  • Strong personal organization, accuracy, and administrative rigor;

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
