POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to manage administrative tasks for both our company and the client associations we serve.

MAIN DUTIES:

  • Provide administrative support, including filing invoices in Excel and other software;

  • Prepare and issue invoices;

  • Verify and file travel-related expense reports;

  • Monitor credit card payments and collect invoices/receipts;

  • Organise and file client correspondence;

  • Perform general administrative support tasks within the company.


REQUIREMENT AND COMPETENCIES:

  • Bachelor’s degree in administrative management or relevant experience in administrative support;

  • Proficiency in French with a strong command of English;

  • Strong IT skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.);

  • Organizational flexibility and a proactive approach;

  • Ability to manage files autonomously and independently;

  • Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and administrative rigor;

  • Minimum one year of experience in a similar role.
