  • Are you digitally savvy and always looking for ways to work smarter;

  • Do you thrive on making other people's lives easier.

YOUR ROLE:

Help a fast-growing data consultancy scale effectively by ensuring seamless administrative operations and solid financial management. More concretely, what will you do day-to-day.

As our Administrative & Finance Manager, you will play a critical role in the backbone of Agilytic’s operations. You’ll support our growth by keeping our finances in check, our processes efficient, and our internal operations running smoothly.

You will work closely with the leadership team, colleagues, and external partners to:

  • Manage day-to-day financial operations: Invoicing (in and out), expense tracking, cash flow follow-up, vendor payments, accounts reconciliation;

  • Liaise with our external accounting and payroll providers for monthly closings and regulatory compliance;

  • Contribute to management accounting and contribute to financial reporting and planning;

  • Manage bid documentation and ensure efficient document flow for requests for proposals to meet submission deadlines;

  • Ensure smooth administrative processes: Contract management, insurance, procurement, office support;

  • Continuously optimize tools and processes: Identify opportunities for automation, integrate digital tools, and improve workflows;

  • Provide operational support across HR (onboarding, documentation, payroll input), legal compliance, and internal policy updates.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • You have at least a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field;

  • You have demonstrated experience in being a proactive solution-finder at an SME, in an administrative, finance, or operations role;

  • You are fluent in English and French, written and spoken;

  • Dutch is a plus, but not mandatory;

  • You are eligible to work in Belgium and the European Union (please note we do not offer relocation support).

Skills

  • Solid understanding of management accounting concepts and financial operations;

  • Strong working knowledge of the Office suite and digital tools—experience with accounting or ERP systems is a plus;

  • You know your way around legal and compliance processes (no law degree needed—just good judgment).

Personal Skills

  • You enjoy supporting others and making sure things run smoothly behind the scenes;

  • You are reliable, organized, and detail-oriented—nothing escapes your radar. After mastering a task, you consistently execute it with precision;

  • You work well under deadlines and stay cool when juggling multiple responsibilities because you master you To-Do list;

  • You are digitally savvy and always looking for ways to improve efficiency;

  • You’re curious, proactive, and enjoy learning how things work (and how they could work better).

Others

You will be a great fit if

  • You want to join a human-sized, fast-growing company where your work has a direct impact;

  • You like improving tools and processes, and you’re not afraid to test and learn;

  • You have a passion for structure, order, and efficiency;

  • You can communicate clearly and confidently with colleagues, suppliers, and partners alike.

Some signs this may not be the right fit

  • If you’re uncomfortable working independently or juggling multiple priorities;

  • You struggle with direct and supportive feedback (we practice Radical Candor);

  • You like it “your way” and don’t want to adapt for the good of the collective; you don’t enjoy working on tools or experimenting with new ways of working;

  • If you’re looking for a role with a very rigid structure—our environment is flexible and dynamic.

WORKING AT AGILYTIC:

  • We aim to create a work environment that allows you to do exceptional work, grow your skills, and be happy while doing it;

  • You will collaborate with business, data, and operations teams and work on internal initiatives that drive real value. Our culture values ownership, initiative, clarity and excellence.

SALARY AND BENEFITS:

  • Competitive remuneration package: We offer a competitive salary and a flexible cafeteria plan (extra holidays, electronics, and more);

  • Training roadmap: We’ll build a training plan together based on your goals and our evolving needs;

  • Supportive structure and transparency: Small team = big impact. You’ll benefit from coaching, access to decision-makers, and the freedom to shape your role;

  • Modern tools: We invest in tech that helps you, not frustrates you;

  • Oh, and fun too: We love our work, but we never take ourselves too seriously.
