ROLE OVERVIEW:

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for undertaking account administration critical to all client and team projects as well as playing an active role in the broader smooth running of accounts.

You will be dedicated to learning about the world of global and EU public affairs healthcare and the integrated communications options that GCI Health Brussels and the WPP network offers. This will include your own research, reading and on-the-job training, as well as attending training sessions provided by the company. You will have a willingness and ability to manage suppliers and conduct environmental monitoring and research for your account teams, as well as approaching and developing relationships with varying types of media contacts.

  • Project Coordination;

  • Client Portfolios;

  • Monitoring and Reporting;

  • Content Development;

  • Knowledge Building and Personal Development.


EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • 2 years in Public Affairs, previous experience in an agency is a plus;

  • English Professional proficiency;

  • A true passion for healthcare communications, and a keenness to learn and develop;

  • Ambitious, creative, curious and energetic, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills;

  • A true team player;

  • Proactive, organised and attention to detail;

  • Able to work under pressure, handling multiple projects simultaneously, and a confident communicator;

  • A clear entrepreneurial spirit, always considering how we can further strengthen and grow our business.
