You are an excited and experienced Account Executive who is committed to achieve our ambitious growth goals together. You are responsible for the strategic planning and tactical execution of our European sales and have an entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for identifying future business opportunities. You will be responsible for finding and developing relationships with potential clients & growing sales opportunities.

You have a natural drive and passion to fully understand the needs and challenges of clients in a service driven environment and manage different aspects of the sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, and client needs analysis:

  • Engage in lead generation activities that help grow your reputation, e.g. build relationships at events, participate in networking opportunities, engage in relevant conversations on social media etc;

  • Collaborate with our incredible Marketing team to craft messaging, presentations and proposals for (potential) clients;

  • Share best practices, key insights and industry trends within the sales team;

  • Collaborate with our solution sales to bring opportunities to life;

  • Develop authentic, long-lasting relationships with C-level executives, senior engineering leadership, and technical influencers across the assigned region;

  • Work effectively and strategically to support the team’s revenue targets.

What type of person are we looking for?

For this role, we are looking for a passionate Account Executive who is deeply interested in working with large enterprises and is able to navigate complex organisations, identify the decision-makers and influencers and gain their trust. You are a go-getter and get motivated by working in a vibrant team on diverse projects and are determined to deliver real impact solutions:

  • Master degree (or equal by experience);

  • Fluent in both English and French/Dutch;

  • You can build a network easily;

  • Genuine interest in helping others & building up meaningful long-lasting relations;

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in pre-sales, sales, consultant or account management with large accounts and in a consultative product or services environment; prior consulting experience would be highly appreciated;

  • Experience with AI and consulting services in a tech environnement are a plus;

  • Clear oral and written communication skills;

  • Be able to demonstrate ownership, organization and drive;

  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a genuine interest in proactively contributing to continuous improvements.
