ABOUT ENGINEERS EUROPE:
The European Federation of National Engineering Associations is an Organization of professional engineers that unites the national engineering associations from 33 European countries, representing 6 million engineers in Europe. We seek to employ a highly motivated, dynamic and results-driven person with relevant professional experience (5-10 years) in an international environment and with prior EU project experience. The position requires the ability to pro-actively follow-up the work in progress, to work in teams and to think and act autonomously with an eye for details. Excellent digital, social media and communications skills are an asset.
The job includes the administrative management of the Secretariat, including preparation and participation of/in related Working Groups and projects, as well as the implementation and follow-up of agreed actions. The job requires networking at a high level with European partners and relevant stakeholders. We wish to appoint a candidate with above-average motivation and commitment, who is interested in a longer-term cooperation to become Deputy Secretary General. We regard the ability to work individually, in a confident, reliable and convincing manner, as a major prerequisite. Part-time homeworking is an offered option.
