POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to manage administrative tasks for both our company and the client associations we serve.
MAIN DUTIES:
- Provide administrative support, including filing invoices in Excel and other software;
- Prepare and issue invoices;
- Verify and file travel-related expense reports;
- Monitor credit card payments and collect invoices/receipts;
- Organise and file client correspondence;
- Perform general administrative support tasks within the company.
REQUIREMENT AND COMPETENCIES:
- Bachelor’s degree in administrative management or relevant experience in administrative support;
- Proficiency in French with a strong command of English;
- Strong IT skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.);
- Organizational flexibility and a proactive approach;
- Ability to manage files autonomously and independently;
- Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and administrative rigor;
- Minimum one year of experience in a similar role.
